Nykaa acquires celebrity makeup artist Namrata Soni's beauty brand Simply Nam
Nykaa said it is acquiring 82% stake in Simply Nam for a cash consideration of Rs 33 crore. The 2022-founded brand clocked Rs 17 crore in turnover for fiscal 2026, up from Rs 9.6 crore in FY25. The transaction adds to a series of acquisitions Nykaa has made across its beauty and fashion verticals.
